I have never dealt with such a bad service,
I paid £30.00 for a 2 day service, this is for a person with a learning disability!!! who is going to Edinburgh by plane next week!!!! I am now on day 3 and having to spend most my day as a care home manager re-sending the photo, birth certificate and now told the referee as refused to complete verification AND THAT WAS MYSELF
DO not use, waste of time, money and effort

Very bad service.
Very bad service.

We started the application in April 2022, following the on line instructions. The first referee was contacted and had no problems. The second referee was never contacted as they say my photo of birth certificate was not good for the process. We have since sent in four different scans of my birth certificate, a picture of the applicant holding it, a close up picture of the certificate and still not good for them. I spoke to a woman at Citizen Card and have now been told I have to get a picture of the certificate held up to the light showing the water marks. We have asked for a refund, which to be honest I am expecting them to say it's some form of admin cost, which seams to be what they have been doing to others.

Please do not waist your time and money. Find another way of getting ID.

We went down this route because the applicant is blind so can't get a driving licence and has never been out of the country so has never had a passport.

Now got email saying I will not be getting the money back. Major rip off. I would not deal with a company who take money from a blind person, do nothing and then refuse to refund.

Good evening everything was absolutely fine until i spoke to customer service your employee named kat wouldn't give her surname after I asked for it after she spoke to me in a very rude condescending way! Just for asking a simply question about my application. My question was can you let me know what time you will call my referee whether the call would be in the morning or afternoon as my referee has a very busy and important job and is in meetings at various times and would like to know whether the call would be in morning or afternoon! She was rude and said we don't let you know a time or even a morning or afternoon window. So I replied how can someone in a important job wait from 8am-5pm for your call to verify if there a doctor or police or fireman are they expected to stop work for a whole day to wait for a phone call which could come anytime of the day. Then she was very rude and wouldn't recommend anyone calls the support staff as they use a very demining attitude to any questions you have and make you very like your a inconvenience for asking questions. However the manager Rosie was much more helpful then her colleague kat who said she would speak to my referee for a convenient time to call which isn't unreasonable if your referee has hectic schedule being processed finally! Customer support staff very big let down unprofessional

Complete waste of time
application was useless as they could not accept the photo I sent and the 3d face scan was rejected after twenty attempts. Their facial recognition software was just no good. They would not refund my £15, kept saying it was for processing and validating. What is there to validate when they don't accept anything. Will be contacting my bank for a chargeback
